Description

All apartments are semi-furnished with kitchen units, basic lighting, flooring and electrical fixtures and ceiling fans. During the build process we can customize the spaces for your needs in our bespoke service.

Booking & Payment Options

Two payment options are considered for interested buyers, namely:

• Visit our booking office to collect booking form and information (floor plan and rates). Soft copies not available.
• Booking form submission: 26 June onward. We accept filled booking forms with: – Booking fee MVR 50,000/- – NIC copy – Last six months bank statement – If employed, letter from employer Your apartment is booked and reserved at this stage.
• If you choose a financial scheme for payment, we will forward booking forms for end user finance (housing loans) from partner banks. (all required info will already be on completed booking form) – If you choose to pay directly, the time schedule is set for full payment (be it in installments) before the hand over of the apartment.

Note: * the full booking fee will be refunded for unapproved loan applicants. * an admin fee of 2500/- MVR will be levied if applicant cancels booking or changes ownership.
